By using designskills.xyz you agree to these terms. They're short on purpose — the plain-English intent governs.

The service

Design Skills Hub is an open registry and marketplace for portable design skills: browse and install skills, convert Figma files into skills, publish your own, and (in beta) sell them. It is operated by VaporAviator Labs, a design studio in New York.

Your account

You sign in with GitHub. Published skills are publicly attributed to your GitHub profile — that attribution is a feature, not an accident. You're responsible for activity under your account.

Publishing skills

• You may only publish work you have the rights to publish. Plagiarized or scraped design systems presented as your own will be removed.
• Every submission passes a security scan; suspicious paid submissions are held for human review before anyone can receive them. We may hide, reject, or remove listings that are malicious, infringing, or misrepresented.
• You keep ownership of your work. Listing grants us the right to host, display, and distribute it to installers/buyers per your listing settings.

Paid skills (beta)

• Prices are in USDC and settle on the Base blockchain. The marketplace currently runs on testnet — no real money changes hands during the beta.
• At mainnet: buyers pay the listed price; sellers receive 94%, and 6% is the platform fee (which also covers network gas). Settlement is instant and on-chain.
• Delivered digital goods are final sale except where the law says otherwise. If a delivery genuinely fails, contact us and we'll make it right.

Buying & licenses

Buying or installing a skill grants you a license to use it in your own projects (commercial included unless the skill's own license says otherwise). It does not grant the right to re-list, resell, or redistribute the skill bundle itself.

Prohibited

• Skills containing malware, credential harvesting, data exfiltration, or prompt-injection payloads.
• Attempting to bypass the security scan, review queue, or payment gating.
• Infringing others' intellectual property.

Takedowns

If a listing infringes your rights, email vaporaviator@gmail.com with the listing URL and proof of ownership. We act promptly on valid notices.

Disclaimers

The service and all skills are provided as is. Skills are authored by their creators; we don't warrant that any skill's output fits your purpose. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

Governing law & changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. We may update them, with the date above; continued use means acceptance. Questions: vaporaviator@gmail.com.
